Villa Thym

Villa Thym is rented as a whole: its 60 m² include two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The villa can accommodate up to six people. The two bedrooms are upstairs and are air-conditioned; the bathroom and separate toilet are also on this floor. The living room, on the ground floor, has a sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.

The equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals on site. It includes an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher and coffee machine, among other facilities. The covered terrace extends the living area into the garden and provides an outdoor dining area. The villa has one double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower or a bath.

The town has an urban Provençal setting, with residential neighbourhoods and green spaces, while the coast and the region’s major cities are easy to reach by car. Villa Thym is in a small residence of four villas, in an area suited to stays with a vehicle.

Marseille-Provence Airport is 2.8 km away and Vitrolles Aéroport Marseille Provence railway station is 4.8 km away. Pas-des-Lanciers railway station is 2.8 km away. In Marignane, the Musée Raimu and the Musée de l’Aviation offer two visits exploring cinema and aviation history. The Château de Marignane, also known as the Château des Covet, is one of the town’s heritage landmarks. The beaches of Les Marettes, Pointe de Figuerolles and Fontin are about 7 km away. Marseille and Aix-en-Provence are around 20 minutes away by car, depending on traffic.

A car makes it easier to travel between the beaches, towns and sites in the region; it is also useful for reaching the area around the Étang de Berre. In summer, you can plan a day swimming on the coast and another outing in Marseille to visit its museums and heritage sites. In spring and autumn, milder temperatures are well suited to city visits and walks in green spaces. Travellers arriving by plane will appreciate the short distance between the villa and the airport.
