La Recampado

La Recampado comprises a holiday home with a separate bedroom and a living room. The bathroom is private, and the entire property is air-conditioned. The living area lets you prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and then gather around the dining table. The sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space alongside the bedroom. The 50 m² house can accommodate up to three people.

The private hot tub is the property's distinctive feature. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave, as well as kitchenware and an electric kettle. A bath, shower, washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided. Bed linen and towels are included.

Bormes-les-Mimosas rises along the lower slopes of the Massif des Maures, in an old Provençal village known for its narrow streets, colourful façades and flower-lined passageways. La Recampado is among these old streets, where you can explore the gardens, squares and historic buildings on foot. It suits travellers who want to combine heritage walks with days on the Var coast.

Saint-Trophyme Church, the Bormes Museum of History and Art, and the Château des Seigneurs de Foz each tell a different part of the area's history. Jardin du Mimosa and Parc Gonzalez offer places to stroll in the village. Further down towards the coast, the beaches of Le Lavandou and La Favière are ideal for swimming and seaside activities. Fort de Brégançon, set on a rocky peninsula, is a notable landmark on the coast. The terrain and old streets are well suited to exploring on foot; a car makes it easier to travel between the hilltop village, the beaches and coastal sites.

Spring is a good time for walks through the narrow streets and outings in the Massif des Maures, before the busier summer days on the coast. In summer, you can spend the morning in the village, then head to the sea for the afternoon. The shoulder season is also a good time to explore the heritage and coastal scenery in milder temperatures. You can spend a day strolling through old Bormes, taking a break in its gardens and heading out to a beach or Fort de Brégançon.
