The accommodation consists of one-bedroom houses, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning and a kitchen. Every unit also has a terrace overlooking the garden or inner courtyard, a flat-screen TV and a coffee machine. The options differ in capacity and sleeping arrangements: some accommodate two people, while another can sleep three.

Two of the houses are 25 m² and the third is 26 m². Sleeping arrangements vary by option: a double bed, a large double bed, or a large double bed accompanied by a single bed. The units also include a fridge, an oven, a microwave, a kettle and kitchenware. The terrace extends the indoor space with outdoor furniture and a dining area. Guests have a self-contained place to stay, arranged around a bedroom and a kitchen, with facilities suited to preparing meals and staying as a couple or a group of three.

The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster and kitchenware. There is also a coffee machine and an electric kettle. The private bathroom includes a shower, toilet and hairdryer; bed linen and towels are provided. Air conditioning, a washing machine and a flat-screen TV complete the indoor facilities.

Outside, you will find a terrace with furniture and an al fresco dining area, as well as a garden with parasols and sun loungers. A hot tub is available for relaxing. Wi-Fi is free, and free private parking is available on site, with access adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Continental breakfast is served on site, with a complimentary option in May. Board games and puzzles are also available.

Bormes-les-Mimosas climbs a hillside in the Var, above the Mediterranean coast. The old Provençal village is known for its sloping lanes, colourful façades and passages lined with flowering bougainvillea. It is a pleasant stop for those who enjoy wandering through an old village before heading to the beaches, or alternating coastal walks with visits to local heritage sites. The landscape combines the wooded hills of the Maures with the coves and beaches of Le Lavandou.

The village of Bormes-les-Mimosas is 1.1 km away, where you can explore its historic streets and the Musée d’Histoire et d’Art de Bormes, 1.2 km away. The coast is accessible from Grande Plage, 1.6 km away; the beaches of la Favière and Saint-Clair offer other places to swim and walk. Fort de Brégançon, 5 km away, is an official residence on a rocky promontory facing the sea. For a trip to the islands, Port-Cros National Park can be reached by boat from the ports in the area. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 15 km away.

In spring, blooming mimosa brightens the gardens and hills; the summer months are suited to beach days and outings on the water, although the coast is busier. In September, the sea is still pleasant for swimming and walks take place in a quieter atmosphere. A day can combine a visit to the old village in the morning, a break by the water and dinner in the Le Lavandou area. A car makes it easier to travel between the village, the beaches and coastal attractions.
