The Little House

The Little House offers a single holiday home, designed to accommodate two people. It has a separate bedroom, a living room, a private bathroom and an equipped kitchen, making it a self-contained space rather than a room in a range of categories. It measures 48 m². The balcony and terrace overlook the city and provide two separate outdoor spaces adjoining the living area.

The kitchen includes a fridge, oven, hob and dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine and kettle. The living room has a flat-screen TV and a sofa. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. A washing machine is also provided. The bedroom has a large double bed; bed linen and towels are supplied. This layout suits a couple or two travellers sharing the same space.

The Little House has an equipped kitchen for preparing meals on site. It includes a hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kitchenware. A dining table provides a place to eat in the house; a coffee machine and electric kettle are also available. Bed linen and towels are supplied.

The living area has a sofa, a seating area and a flat-screen TV. The accommodation has a private entrance, heating and ironing facilities. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. The balcony and terrace overlook the city and have outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. Pets are allowed on request, and an additional charge may apply. There is no parking at the property. Check-in is from 16:00 to midnight, and check-out is by 10:30.

Bormes-les-Mimosas is an old village in the Var, built on the slopes of the Massif des Maures. Its narrow streets wind uphill between colourful façades, small squares and gardens. This address makes it easy to explore the village on foot and enjoy a stay combining Provençal heritage with trips to the coast. Jardin du Mimosa and smaller green spaces punctuate the visit, while the terraces and viewpoints reveal the surrounding landscape.

Musée d’Histoire et d’Art de Bormes traces local history, while Église Saint-Trophyme and Château des Seigneurs de Foz bear witness to the history of the village. The road descends towards Le Lavandou and its beaches: Grande Plage is 2.6 km away. Fort de Brégançon, set on a promontory overlooking the Mediterranean, makes another notable excursion. From the coast, boat services connect to the Îles d’Or, including Port-Cros, known for its national park and hiking trails. Toulon-Hyères Airport is 15 km away; Le Lavandou bus station is 2.3 km away.

Summer is suitable for beach days and boat trips, but the coast is busier then. In spring and September, temperatures are generally favourable for walks around the village and along the trails of the Massif des Maures. You can spend the morning exploring the narrow streets of Bormes and the afternoon by the sea. A car is useful for exploring the beaches and surrounding area at your own pace; however, the accommodation does not have parking.
