Les deux mas

Les deux mas offers three holiday homes: two one-bedroom homes measuring 35 m² and a two-bedroom home measuring 70 m². Each home has a private bathroom, kitchenette and terrace. Air conditioning, a private entrance and a washing machine make everyday life more convenient, while a flat-screen TV and dishwasher complete the shared facilities. The kitchens include a refrigerator, microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

The one-bedroom homes accommodate two people and each has a large double bed; one also includes a sofa bed. The 70 m² two-bedroom home sleeps four and has two large double beds. The terraces overlook the garden, and the one-bedroom homes also offer a pool view. A barbecue is available for preparing meals outdoors.

The outdoor areas include a swimming pool, garden, sun terrace and outdoor dining area. Sun loungers, parasols and outdoor furniture let you enjoy the garden at different times of day. There is a barbecue for preparing meals outside, and a picnic area completes the facilities. The accommodation is self-contained and located on the ground floor.

Each home has a kitchenette with a hob, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. A coffee machine, dining table and washing machine are also provided. Free private parking is available, along with a charging point for electric vehicles. Wi-Fi is free in the bedrooms. Multimedia facilities include a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray, DVD and CD players. Air conditioning, heating and soundproofed bedrooms complete the facilities.

Bormes-les-Mimosas is a Var village of old lanes, built on the hills above the coast. Its colourful façades, narrow passageways and gardens make it a pleasant place to wander away from the seafront promenades. The area brings together a Provençal village, the wooded Maures hills and the coast’s beaches, allowing you to vary your days between heritage, swimming and Mediterranean scenery.

The old village is 880 m away, where you can explore the lanes and visit Saint-Trophyme Church and the Museum of History and Art. Fort de Brégançon, the official residence of the French presidency, is on the coast and offers a glimpse of the region’s military heritage. For a day by the sea, Grande Plage du Lavandou is 2.7 km away, and the beaches of La Favière and Gouron are also accessible by car. Hyères train station is 17 km away, while Toulon-Hyères Airport is 14 km away.

Spring and the shoulder season are well suited to walks around the village and excursions along the coast, with temperatures often milder than in the height of summer. From June to September, beaches and water sports feature more prominently in the day’s plans; it is then useful to plan your journeys by car and arrive early at the coast. You can start the day with a visit to old Bormes, then go for a swim or walk along the coast. The Maures scenery also makes it easy to alternate coastal outings with hiking routes.
