Maison Lumio

La Maison Lumio offers two rooms for two people, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning and a terrace. Both also have a kitchen with a hob, refrigerator and utensils, as well as a coffee machine and minibar. A flat-screen TV, soundproofing and sea views complete the shared facilities.

The Double or Twin Room with Sea View is the larger of the two, with 25 m² and views of the pool as well as the sea. The Double Room with Garden View offers 17 m² and also overlooks the garden. Both room configurations have a large double bed. The terraces extend the living space outdoors, with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. The main differences between the rooms are their size and views, overlooking either the pool or the garden.

La Maison Lumio provides free private parking and free Wi-Fi throughout the house. The outdoor areas include a garden, a sun terrace, outdoor furniture and an al fresco dining area. The rooms are air-conditioned and soundproofed, and each has a private bathroom. Continental breakfast can be served in your room.

Practical facilities include a coffee machine, a kettle, a minibar and a flat-screen TV with cable and satellite channels. Sun loungers or beach chairs are available. Activities around the house include hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, diving and windsurfing. Luggage storage is also available. La Maison Lumio is for adults only and offers hypoallergenic rooms and a smoking area.

Les Issambres stretches along the Var coast between Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus, facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. This coastal district of Roquebrune-sur-Argens comprises beaches, small coves and residential areas oriented towards the Mediterranean. Life here follows the rhythm of the sea: swimming, walks along the coastal path and meals on a terrace suit travellers looking for a beach holiday rather than a visit to a large city. Gireliers Beach is 200 m from La Maison Lumio.

Coves and beaches line the coast; San Peïre Beach and Arpillon Beach offer a choice of places to swim. Les Issambres harbour is a local landmark, and Espace Robert Manuel hosts performances. Inland, Sainte-Maxime has a lively centre and seafront walks, while Fréjus combines historic heritage with Roman remains. Fréjus railway station is 9 km away. A car makes it easier to travel between the different parts of this coastline, particularly if you want to visit nearby towns.

Summer is the busiest season, with warm days spent at the beach and enjoying water sports. In spring and September, the mild weather is well suited to exploring the coast or visiting Sainte-Maxime and Fréjus, often with fewer visitors. For a varied day out, you can swim in the morning and take a walk around the harbour in the late afternoon. The shoulder season is also a good time for coastal hikes, when temperatures are milder.
