All three accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Two double rooms sleep up to two people and measure 26 and 28 m² respectively. They are distinguished in particular by their views: the first overlooks the sea and garden, while the Deluxe Double Room also offers a pool view. Both have one extra-large double bed.

The Suite with Garden View measures 28 m² and can accommodate three people. It includes a separate bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed and an outdoor area with a terrace, balcony or patio. The beaches of Corniche d’Azur and Grand Boucharel are 180 m and 290 m away respectively. The coast alternates between sandy beaches and rocky coves, where you can stop for a swim or follow the coastal path. Les Issambres marina, 3.8 km away, is a landmark for watching the boats and discovering the local maritime activity. Fréjus, 7 km away, offers a different setting to explore, with its Roman remains and historic centre. Fréjus railway station connects the area to the regional rail network; a car makes it easier to visit the villages and beaches of the Var.

In summer, the days are well suited to morning swims, before the beaches become busier. In spring and September, temperatures remain pleasant for coastal walks and visits to Fréjus, with a generally quieter atmosphere. You could start the day at a cove, continue with a visit to the Roman heritage sites, then finish by the sea. Excursions to Sainte-Maxime or Saint-Tropez offer a change of scenery and walks, while taking account of summer traffic on the coastal roads.
