VILLA MIAMI offers six categories for two people: Double Rooms, a Deluxe Room with Sea View and two suites with spa baths. Sizes range from 17 to 40 m². All rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, a terrace, a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine and a minibar. Beds are double beds, with an extra-large bed in most categories.

The views set several rooms apart: some overlook the sea, while others look out over the garden or pool. The sea-view categories also have a balcony and spa bath. Both suites are 40 m² and have a spa bath; the Deluxe Suite includes two living rooms. The 20 m² Standard Double Room overlooks the garden and pool. Each category has its own layout, while all offer a terrace and private bathroom.

The heated outdoor infinity pool is one of VILLA MIAMI’s places to unwind. The garden, sun terrace and outdoor furniture let you enjoy the coastal setting. The spa area includes a hot tub and solarium, and wellness packages are available. The property is on the beachfront and provides towels as well as beach and pool loungers or parasols.

Activities on offer include walking tours, hiking, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, windsurfing, snorkelling and scuba diving. A water park and tennis court are also listed among the leisure facilities; a golf course is less than 3 km away. Continental or à la carte breakfast can be served in your room, and there is an on-site café. The rooms have a minibar and coffee machine. Les Issambres stretches along the Mediterranean coast of the Var, between Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Raphaël. This area of Roquebrune-sur-Argens alternates between beaches, small coves and pine-covered hills. Local life follows the rhythm of the sea: swimming, walks by the water and water sports fill the days, while terraces and the harbour bring the summer evenings to life. VILLA MIAMI is in the Sun Beach area, near several beaches and coves.

Sun Beach is 40 m away. The Tardieu and Bonne Eau coves offer rocky Mediterranean scenery, ideal for swimming and exploring the coast. Les Issambres harbour is a place to watch the boats and enjoy the maritime atmosphere; Sainte-Maxime offers shops and seafront walks, while Saint-Raphaël has a lively centre and rail connections. Saint-Raphaël-Valescure railway station is 9 km away. Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is 51 km away. A car makes it easier to travel between the beaches and coastal towns.

The region attracts many visitors in summer and the beaches are busier; heading out early in the morning or at the end of the day lets you enjoy the coast in a quieter atmosphere. In spring and September, temperatures are often pleasant for walking, cycling or exploring the coves. Water sports enthusiasts can choose from snorkelling, canoeing, kayaking and windsurfing. You can split a day between swimming, a walk around the harbour and exploring Sainte-Maxime or Saint-Raphaël.
